Mel is a multi-award winning Bid Lead, including the APMP Bid Excellence award in 2017 and APMP 40 under 40 in 2018. She combines her thirst for research from her degree in Applied Psychology and Sociology BSc with her profession as a qualified Bid Management Practitioner to reflect on the experiences she faces on a daily basis.
Mel works within the Capture team for Leidos UK, supporting deals for Civil and Defence, and interacting with almost every department in the business.
