Joining a Skype Meeting

To join a Skype meeting, press the join button on the touchscreen. If your meeting is not on the touchscreen, dial (703) 935-2811 and enter the Conference ID.

Sharing content with AirMedia

Presenters must be on the Leidos network to connect to AirMedia. Enter the IP address in lower-left corner of the conference screen into your Chrome browser.

  • Click the blue “Start Presenting” button.
  • Once the AirMedia application opens, you will be prompted for a code.
  • The code is located at the lower-left corner of this screen
  • When you have finished presenting, remember to press “Stop” in the AirMedia application.

Non-Leidos presenters

If you're a non-Leidos presenter, join the meeting (without audio) and share your screen from Skype. If you're unable to join Skype, use the HDMI cable. Press the “Present” button on the touchscreen.
