Service Desk

The Leidos Employee Service Desk serves as a centralized support center for information and services pertaining to computing resources and information needs for Leidos employees.

Standard Requests

Standard, non-emergency requests can be submitted through SNOW found on Prism.

Online service requests are only processed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.

Immediate Assistance

If your request is of an urgent matter, please contact the Leidos Service Desk at Domestic: 855-9-LEIDOS (855-953-4367).

Password resets and limited emergency services are available to Leidos employees outside regular hours by calling the Service Desk and following the recorded instructions.
