Caroline Carl

Caroline Carl has over 15 years of program and project management experience in energy efficiency and sustainability and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Hawaii Energy portfolio, administered by Leidos. She is a proven thought leader who develops integrated demand side management solutions that maximize grid flexibility and incorporate new technologies. Caroline has also been active in environmental education and outreach with community groups and organizations across the energy sector.
