John Carroll

John is a Market Development Project Coordinator for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Portfolio. He provides technical assistance on residential energy efficiency projects and connects market development activities with portfolio operations. Prior to joining Leidos, he served as a residential energy auditor, advising customers on energy waste and energy-saving opportunities.
