OUR GRADUATE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME – EARN WHILE YOU LEARN
You don’t need to have graduated to start making an impact. Our Graduate Apprenticeship Programme is designed for those who want to gain practical experience while studying and completing a degree. Whether you’re curious, creative or simply want to do meaningful work, this is your chance to be part of a team solving some of the most complex challenges in business and technology.
Why join?
Our Graduate Apprentices are supported with flexible working arrangements, real-world projects and a collaborative team environment where your ideas count.
This is a 4-year rotational programme where you will have the chance to explore different areas of the business and gain practical experience to support your studies.
What to expect:

OUR GRADUATE PROGRAMME
Be immersed in real projects as an embedded and productive team member, right from the start.
As a Graduate, you’ll find yourself working alongside people who think ahead, always looking for the opportunity to go further, do more and explore a better way of doing things. If you love a challenge as much as we do, then this is the right place for you to launch your career.
This is a 2-year rotational programme where we offer both Business and Technical streams. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of the business to gain both functional knowledge and project and programme experience, including interactions directly with customers.

The Recruitment Process
Here’s what you can expect from our recruitment process. We’ll keep in touch regularly and we’re always here to help with any questions you may have.
-
The process starts with an online application form. We will ask you to answer some pre-screening questions on the form, and to attach a copy of your CV and any other supporting documentation you feel will support your application.
-
Once we have reviewed applications, we will invite those shortlisted to the next stage, which is an online interview. A Microsoft Teams meeting will be set up with our Early Careers Lead, who will ask some questions to get to know you better.
-
If you’re successful in the online interview, you’ll be invited to our Assessment Centre Day. This will be held in-person in one of our offices across the UK. On the day, you’ll take part in different activities, such as a group exercise, an interview, and a written task. These are designed to help us see how well you understand and can demonstrate our Leidos UK Values.
Everyone who attends the Assessment Centre Day will be offered a feedback call, to help them understand our reasoning and prepare for future interviews or assessments.
-
For all those successful at the Assessment Centre Day, offers will be made to start work with us in September, and pre-joining paperwork and security checks will begin.
-
We understand the wait before your start date can feel long, which is why we will stay in regular contact with you, providing updates along the way and prompt responses to any questions you may have.
As your first day approaches, we will make sure you are supported and have everything you need to start.
