Karla Winter

Karla Winter has over 21 years of experience in energy consulting and project management, working with energy efficiency initiatives for utilities and utility partners. At Leidos, she works on the implementation, development, and growth of various utility energy efficiency initiatives across the Northeast region – including energy treasure hunts. Prior to joining Leidos, Karla worked at a large investor-owned utility as a lead analyst where she tracked energy efficiency portfolio performance and helped develop long-term strategic plans for a variety of initiatives.
