Mark Stover

Mark is a Program Operations Manager at Leidos, where he helps manage energy efficiency programs for customers in Texas and Wisconsin. He also supports utility customers in developing and deploying energy management systems using a strategic energy management (SEM) framework based on ISO 50001. As part of that process, he guides organizations through the U.S. Department of Energy’s 50001 Ready recognition process.
