Dan Antal

Dan Antal is executive vice president and general counsel of Leidos. He has responsibility for legal, contracts and corporate governance, as well as administrative oversight of ethics and compliance and internal audit functions.

Antal rejoined Leidos in April 2024 after serving as general counsel for Rolls-Royce Defense and North America since January 2021, where he led a global team.

Before joining Rolls-Royce, Antal had a long career at Leidos in a variety of positions in the legal function, including corporate secretary and general counsel for its Defense, Health and Engineering businesses.

Prior to joining Leidos, Antal held various leadership roles with global engineering and consulting companies. He was U.S. senior counsel for a Canadian-based A&E firm and previously spent 10 years with MWH Global, a top 20 engineering firm with offices in 34 countries. He held a variety of leadership roles at MWH, including associate general counsel and director of risk management for the Middle East, and completed a two-year assignment in the U.K. in an operational capacity, where he led the integration of a strategic acquisition and assumed the role of international managing director.

Antal has broad experience advising executive leadership on a wide range of complex legal and risk issues impacting global services companies at both the project and enterprise level.

Antal holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a JD/MBA from the University of Denver.
