Steve Hull
President, Digital
Steve Hull is president of Leidos Digital. In this role, he leads teams that help federal customers solve complex challenges through secure, resilient digital solutions. He oversees a portfolio that includes cyber operations, application modernization, IT infrastructure, and enterprise digital experience, enabling defense, intelligence, health, and civilian agencies to achieve critical mission outcomes.
Hull previously served as operations manager for Enterprise and Cyber Solutions, where he was responsible for supporting enterprise IT delivery for defense customers. He also served as chief information officer for Leidos, where he set and executed enterprise IT strategy for a $14B organization, improved resilience and operational readiness, and drove the IT integration following the merger with Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions.
Across more than three decades in technology leadership, Hull has held roles as program manager, chief technology officer, chief information officer, and executive leader in both corporate and mission environments. He brings a balanced perspective grounded in technical depth and mission understanding to help customers modernize securely and effectively.
He serves as the Washington D.C. region board chair for the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk and is the Leidos executive sponsor for the 2026 Greater Washington Region Heart Walk.
Hull holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in physics from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration.
