Will Johnson
Enterprise Transformation Leader
Will Johnson serves as enterprise transformation lead at Leidos. In this role, he applies extensive operational expertise to maximize efficiency, fusing process improvement, technology and AI to automate and reengineer business processes across the corporation. Throughout his 35-year career, Johnson has led organizations through startup, turnaround and transformational growth phases.
Previously, Johnson served as the FED CIV IT business area manager within the Leidos Digital Modernization Sector, where he led delivery of IT solutions to federal civilian agencies.
Before joining Leidos, Johnson served as managing director of energy and environmental services within Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems and Global Solutions organization, providing IT and environmental services to government and regulated industry clients, including the Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of the Interior and Department of Labor.
Johnson is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he retired as a communications officer. His military experience included working with the White House Communications Agency to provide IT services to the president of the United States, White House staff and the U.S. Secret Service.
Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a master’s degree in business administration.
