Chris Cage
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Cage is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Leidos. He oversees all financial activities of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, planning and analysis and investor relations.
Cage has held a number of finance and management roles since joining Leidos, formerly SAIC, in 1996. In his most recent role, he led the global accounting and shared services organization for the information technology, engineering and science solutions and services provider.
Cage also held roles including senior vice president of operations finance, where he led finance integration efforts related to the $5 billion acquisition of Lockheed Martin's IS&GS business, delivering substantial savings and a competitive, differentiated go-to-market structure. Additionally, he served as chief financial officer of the Health and Engineering Sector and senior vice president, financial planning and analysis.
Earlier in his tenure, he implemented the company’s financial planning organization, processes and systems as a key enabler supporting the transition to a publicly traded company through an IPO in 2006. He has also supported mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and treasury, helping lead capital-raising activities in both the debt and equity markets.
Cage is a senior leader in finance and strategy, possessing a breadth of complementary cross-functional operating experience within the government services industry. He is committed to partnering with business leaders, fostering a culture of financial discipline and business acumen and delivering insights and direction that achieve profitable growth and value creation.
Cage earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He is a licensed CPA, inactive, in the state of California and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the George Mason University School of Business.
