Meet a Leidos Summer Intern: Ethan Le
We’re thrilled to welcome our computer science summer intern, Ethan, to the Leidos! Our internships are all about exploring, asking questions, and having fun while learning, and we can’t wait to see the fresh ideas and energy he will bring to the team.

Where do you go to school, what are you majoring in, and when do you graduate?
I will be a first year at the University of Virginia School of Engineering and Applied Science, majoring in Computer Science. I will graduate in 2029.
Is your internship in-person, hybrid, or remote?
Hybrid- at home and at a Leidos office in Alexandria, VA.
Tell us about your internship experience so far.
This has been my favorite internship I have ever done! Everyone at the office is very friendly and willing to help me learn.
What made you decide to apply for a Leidos internship?
Since the computer science field has many niches, I wanted to explore networking and working with software.
How will a Leidos internship help you meet your academic and career goals?
This internship will help me explore and expand my knowledge base for future internships/careers and in the classroom. It will also help me connect with other people at Leidos to inquire about other potential fields I may be interested in.
Besides the internship, what else are you up to this summer?
I am a distance runner, swimmer, and a solo hip-hop dancer, performing at local events. I am also working on a side project- developing a game in roblox for all ages to enjoy.
What is your favorite food?
Banh Mi. This is a traditional vietnamese sandwich and has the perfect ratio of protein and freshness.
