Device Management

Because active monitoring requires timely action, Leidos offers management of security devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus consoles, and other platforms to ensure that security rules are kept up-to-date, patches are applied when needed, and any misconfigurations are addressed immediately. We work carefully with each customer to define the actions we take with the normal process to propose recommended changes, receipt of written customer approval, execution of the change, and finally documentation of the change on our portal and via any other medium desired (e.g., e-mail to customer, customer's help desk system, customer's configuration management database).
