ATO awards Leidos Australia follow-on contract to deliver ESMC Services
(Canberra, Australia) Nov. 20, 2019 – Leidos Australia (NYSE:LDOS) was awarded a follow-on contract to continue providing Enterprise Service Management Center Services (ESMC) for the Australian Tax Office (ATO). The single award contract has a twenty-nine month base period of performance, and a total approximate value of $87.1 million.
Under the contract, Leidos Australia will continue delivering service desk and IT service management to the ATO. The extension will also include a Modernisation Program that will optimise and transform the current ITIL processes and implement an enhanced service integration and management (SIAM) model to better support the delivery of services in the ATO’s multi-vendor environment aligned to a “service first” approach. This Program is underpinned by the implementation of a new IT service management platform. Leidos Australia has been providing ESMC services to the ATO since 2010, when the contract was initially won.
