Ann M. Addison is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Leidos. In this role, she works closely with the executive team and the HR professionals to deliver the HR programs and initiatives to enable the business strategies for a 32,000-person global workforce. Specifically, her responsibilities include leading the Human Capital Strategy with a focus on leadership development, employee engagement, total rewards, employee & labor relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, organization development, and change management.

Prior to the role, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS) business area. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading 225+ global HR professionals in support of 24,000 employees worldwide.

Previously, Addison led the Workforce Solutions & Intelligence organization for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for all aspects of the New Business & Merger and Acquisition teams, Global Mobility, Workforce Planning, Data Analytics, and Global HR Information Systems. She also led the Human Resources organization within the Lockheed Martin IS&GS Civil line of business.

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Addison served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Global eXchange Services. She also worked at General Electric for approximately 20 years in both HR and information technology. Addison has extensive international experience having led HR teams based in 20 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Before moving into executive management, she led corporate diversity initiatives, served as a consultant within organizational development and training organizations, and was the lead for the information systems management program.

Addison graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University with a bachelor’s of science degree in quantitative business analysis. She has received numerous management awards and is certified in Greenbelt Six Sigma Methodology. She has also served as a HR consultant for Fortune 500 companies and is a frequent speaker at productivity conferences.
